  Exposed nipples? That's a crime that really could hurt someone. I mean someone might get an eye poke if they examine those nipples really close. Sounds like a crime some cops would want to spend time investigating, as long as someone is breaking the law. If they visit club Lust, it would be boring because none of the dancers broke the law. I think they must glue those things on because I never even see them slip off a little.

  Pasties glued on is a problem. Pasties may be the minimum, but better if they can wear t-shirts, so that they can bend the rules.
  
  But also understand what I have been saying, that these local ordinances are much more of a problem than the state law against prostitution. That latter is very hard to enforce. But these other laws are written to be easy to enforce. And they are laws that don't apply anywhere else except in a strip club / adult entertainment venue. These laws are unconstitutional.

  We've had the discussion over which is worse, liberal feminist joykillers vs puritanical right wing prudes. Whether its political correctness or moral indignation it still comes out to cockblocking.
  
  That said, if God had intended for to have Pasty's on their breast wouldn't (s)he have but them in place instead of nipples? I think ticketing women for showing off the goods is showing disrespect to the creator and/or trying to shame them FOR their femininity..... It boils down to hypocrisy because the city fathers can't stand to see the average joe having a good time.

  An exposed nipple could certainly cause a blown pool shot, or an automobile accident.
  
  There are different strains of feminism. The moralistic type actually does derive from puritanism.
