Ours are mostly Asian, but there are some exceptions. But from looking at RubMaps I can see that there are more Latina, AA, and White massage parlors in many other places.
I only know of that one Russian place, long ago closed. But with Rubmaps, and especially with zipcode radius search, you can find what is in SoCal. You can even search the entire state all at once.
