Legislation on Strippers age and weight restrictions

I don't think the courts will let them raise the age from 18 to 21, except for when there is alcohol and that is the drinking age. But the weight stuff is bizarre. Don't know what to make of this guy. If he wants to hire people to evaluate the looks and skills of stippers, he need look no further than me.
