Note that all clubs in Louisville now are required by law to keep nipples covered, either with pasties or bikinis. No bare pussy at all.
Unless otherwise noted, all have the drink hustle, where you will "buy the lady a drink," paying $20-25 for a girl to sit with you for 10-15 minutes. At Derby time when its busier, most of the girls will prefer dances, which are the same price and only last 3-4 minutes.
Also unless otherwise noted, dances and VIP are prepaid. No exception, no negotiation. No prepay, no dance.
Downtown:
PT's: expensive, glitzy, generally speaking has the hottest girls. OK mileage when the bouncer isn't looking (rare at night). No drink hustle per se, but the girls like to drink.
Body Shop: dive, sometimes decent girls. Unknown mileage, though bar tipping while copping a feel doesn't seem to be discouraged.
Shively (7th St, Central Ave, Berry Blvd, Taylor Blvd block): Pretty much all the clubs in this area are high mileage or more. Deja Vu is non-alcoholic (and has no drink hustle), but has some really hot girls. Bottoms Up, Foxy Lady, Thorobreds, Dollhouse and Blue Diamond are the slightly more upscale (which still isn't saying much) places. Diamond's Cabaret is small, and fun. Fantasy's Island is a hole in the wall, with an occasional decent girl, but mostly addicts. Wild Horse has been a waste of time lately. Green Light is another dive, with higher prices than anybody except DV. Sometimes very decent girls, though. Also, at DV, I've been in there and prepaid the DJ for dances, and other times postpaid the dancer.
Preston Highway
Trixie's: good looking girls, low mileage (at least a couple months ago).
Poplar Level Rd
Pussycat Lounge: kinda cozy, a mixture of girls from 7 on down. Good mileage.
Dixie Highway
Just don't. Definitely report back if you do, but take your gun and passport.
Indiana
Rustic Frog: hopping joint, hot girls, excellent mileage from most of the girls. *Lots* of hustle on the girls' part. Be prepared to spend. No drink hustle per se, but the girls like you to buy them drinks, which are priced the same as yours.
This Friday and Saturday, Oaks and Derby, there are dancers from all over the area in town, so the selection is generally excellent. Prices for more attention go up as well, and many of the out of town girls won't go the extra mile without a hefty tip, and many won't go at all.
Fuck me, I was planning on going to a nearby casino this weekend, and I just realized the derby. Looks like I better think of plan b since that casino has a horse track!
I regularly find myself traveling through Louisville and frequently stop at the clubs there. Pussycats is my go- to for value and laid back atmosphere. Of course that may be different during Derby.

It seems odd to me - that the strip clubs will be so busy. I've noticed - on my trips to the racetrack - that the real gamblers don't spend unless they are placing bets. There are some real filthy looking folks lurking around the track -
