That's a rough looking dude. Sounds like he needs to spend a long time in prison. He ran over the other dude with his truck - and he doesn't get a long sentence? Wow!
Just think, if he had shot the guy he probably would have just gotten probation.
Ban all trucks as dangerous weapons!
