Even the cops in DC come to Detroit to visit our legendary extras strip clubs....
This is a black-club I visited while in the D in July 2014 – it's actually a pretty nice club (most black clubs I've visited are more ghetto than this one and in worse hoods).
Momma always said, nothing good happens at 2:50 am on a Sunday night after you've left a strip club....
As dangerous as many thugs are; I don't think they shoot 4 to 8 bullets into a car for no reason – it could have been a car-jacking but it smells more like there was some prior drama b/w the 2 groups of people.
A week before this happened, Detroit's Chief of Police James Craig warned citizens to not buy gas at nilght because of carjackings. He also said he had a brush with carjacking, which he thwarted.
Car jacking is still a problem in the city. But it shouldn't happen at the club.
