A decent summary of kinda boring info we all know.
One huge question no one knows the answer to yet is is millenials will enter the housing market in droves or collectively pass on housing ownership. Boomers need someone to buy their houses, considering many only have their homes for retirement money.
More education, more student loans, and delayed marriage are the big social changes.
