Ex-strip club near Capitol Park could be demolished

By reputation a total dive bar, boring, dangerous and dirty. Downtown Detroit is weak venue for SCs because of the decline of white collar executives with extra cash and the lack of after work watering holes. Once the work day is over, guys head home to the suburbs and skip the few clubs that exist. Good riddance to The Grind.

Never went there. But I had heard it was kind of a rough area/rough club.

When I'm downtown in the D, I stick to Bouzoukis or now.... Legends.
