OK, OK...I'm prefacing this by saying I love the Sunshine State. I own property there and was even lounging on the waterfront in the St. Pete area not too long ago. So no disrespect to the Floridians. But FUCK...Fla USA has some seriously hardcore stupid going on! Dude calls 911 to ask the operator for a date. WTF?

On a serious note, I feel a bit bad for the dude. There is clearly alcohol and/or drugs involved and I suspect there are mental health issue. Serious ones, not the mild kind like the Juiceman's KFC obsession...
