Follies really is a great club for value. There are other clubs where you can get value as well, but you'd have to travel further than ATL.
I'd also recommend that you give OTC a serious effort. For what it sounds like you are spending on VIPs, you can have a lot more fun OTC. You might save a little money, and in any event you'll get more value for what you are spending. I also think it's the opposite of what you view it as.
