Damn man, how low do ya wanna go? Just read a review today of one of the Detroit clubs (not even one of the low end ones) and the dances offered everything for $125. Get some strung out street whore action if you want lower than Detroit clubs.

My recommendation for Flint: Carry a gun.
If you're looking for FS about the only clubs with private VIPs are Teasers and Odyssey. I like Cloud 9 and can get anything short of FS for about $40-50.
Flint is good for starting fires.
