Detroit strip clubs
https://www.tuscl.net/postread.php?PID=2…
The meeting will be on Friday, July 18, 2014, at the Flight Club, starting at 4:00 PM.
Flight Club
29709 Michigan Ave, Inkster, Michigan 48141
The club is on the south side of Michigan Ave, just west of Middlebelt Rd.
The Flight Club is a clean, safe club, featuring Detroit-style lap dances. There is no cover charge until after 6PM. Valet parking is required ($7). Or you could come by taxi.
Several Detroit-area clubbers said they would come, and I hope more will join us. I have never met any Detroit TUSCLers.
For the out-of-towners, there are a number of chain hotels near the airport, which is about 5 miles from the Flight Club. There is also a Holiday Inn Express on Michigan Avenue near I-275, about 5 miles west of the club. You would not want to stay at any of the closer Michigan Ave hotels.
Visitors may want to try some other nearby SC's:
1. The notorious Bogart's is on the opposite side of Michigan Ave, about 1/10th mile west of the Flight Club
2. Henry VIII (north) is about a mile away on Middlebelt Rd
3. The Silver Criket is 2.5 miles east on Michigan Ave
4. BT's is about 8.0 miles east on Michigan Ave
5. The Landing Strip is about 7.0 miles south near the airport
If you want to try some of the 8 Mile Rd clubs in Detroit, you can take Michigan Ave east to Telegraph Rd; Telegraph north to 8 Mile Rd; and then 8 Mile east
1. Trumpps
2. Penthouse
3. Ace of Spades
4. HT's
5. Coliseum
There are enough clubs to satisfy every taste!

Why did you settle on FC? I thought you were originally leaning towards Penthouse?
The Flight Club always has some black dancers. You will find more at some of the 8 Mile Rd clubs like Ace of Spades and HT's (I listed those clubs especially for you) :)
Don’t worry jack – I’ve already done my PL research and singled out about 7 all-chocolate SCs for me to explore – I’m also aware that many of the mixed clubs there often have a good # of ebony dancers but as you know I like “black†black-chicks so I’ll explore the all-chocolate SCs first.
I also have a TUSCL contact whom is well versed in the black SC scene in Detroit and I’ll ping him once I’ve decided for sure I’ll be heading up there (about 75% sure at the moment).
How many of those were Juice aliases :)

I see that this weekend has power boat racing in the Detroit area at two locations this weekend. Not monster trucks or swamp buggy racing but could be an option.

Have fun, guys. May the club gods shine upon you and bestow the region's best, most open-minded talent on you for the gathering.
TUSCLers, there is still plenty of time to plan your Detroit vacation. Let's face it. You're not interested in beautiful beaches or scenic mountains or great museums or cultural activities. You want to spend your vacation in strip clubs. It's better to visit Detroit than curse low mileage.
Looks like about 5
But seriously, I don't know. I've never seen a customer in shorts. I don't think the club has a dress code, per se, but they might bar someone who appears too casual. I'll ask the manager tomorrow.
:)
I don’t think any of them have had more than 4 PLs in total – let’s see if the Detroit one will have better PL attendance
Papi asked about shorts. The FC manager told me you can wear shorts with a collared shirt.
I've never worn shorts to the Flight Club. But I've worn everything from a suit and tie to jeans and a (nice) T-shirt. They want to maintain the image of an upscale club, and would probably bar torn or dirty clothing just to keep the bums out.
Haven't given up yet, but doesn't look good. Might try a flight in, club, then fly out. I'd love a few days to ride the bike up and back, but I know that will not happen.
A bouncer will show you and the dancer to an empty booth. You are not required to tip the bouncer, but I always do. I tip from $5 to $20. If I expect to have only 1 or 2 dances, I would tip a smaller amount. If I expect to get a lot of extra special dances, I would tip $20.
It's kind of a gentlemanly courtesy. "You know what's going on. Thanks for letting it happen. Here's a token of appreciation."
I figured that much.
I can understand having to tip the bouncer “to look the other way†if one is doing extras type activity (i.e. BJ; bare HJ; FS) – but I don’t feel I should have to tip the bouncer to leave me alone while I’m just getting good-mileage LDs (grinding; titty sucking; etc) – if I have to do this just for LDs then I feel like I’m getting shaken down (i.e. tip me or I’ll make sure you don’t’ enjoy your dance).
Obviously I’m not used to Detroit style SCing; but it seems some of the clubs there leech custies as if all custies were made out of $$$ and wealthy w/ $$$ to throw around to everyone in the club.
If you're not seeking extras, then you probably don't need to tip the bouncer. He'll peek in, but if you're not doing anything you're not supposed to do ... then whatever. I don't think they're aggressively anti-tipper if you don't plan on putting them in a spot where they could theoretically (very theoretically) get in trouble.
But not seeking something above and beyond a high-mileage LD in Detroit is like ... well, to put it in terms you would understand, watching a Dodger game on TV and muting Vin Scully. Or going to the bathroom whenever Yasiel Puig bats.
Given there's usually a pretty decent caliber of women in the better clubs, and it's rare to find one that doesn't have something on the menu that you don't find a lot of other places, yeah, you pay a little more, but you're pretty much guaranteed to get a lot more. Now granted, it seems like COI is starting to do things in a more Detroit kind of way, so maybe that's nothing new to you, or hey, maybe it's even better out there now than Detroit is. We'll have to have someone speak on both at some point.
But yeah ... my subtle recommendation is to prepare to spend, but also prepare to leave satisfied. If you find one girl that does it for you (that can be taken a few different ways), you can escape with a good time for $250, even after all the other trappings. That might even be a high estimate.
I SC pretty frequently but only partake in extras from time to time (not every time I SC) – I like hanging out in the club from 2 to 4 hrs and getting good mileage dances from many different dancers (I like variety) – when I partake in extras – then most of my budget is blown on just one dancer and often times after I’ve cummed; I don’t feel like being in the club anymore.
Also – I’m into black dancers – so FC and similar clubs, although I enjoy them and think they are very good clubs, they are not necessarily my types of clubs.
I would be @ FC mainly to meet the fellow TUSCLers and enjoy the atmosphere – but I plan to “have a good time†at other clubs in the area that are more in line w/ my preferences (i.e. black clubs).
And I can see the bouncers @ FC having to peek in I guess being that the LDs are in private booths are not out in the open as in many clubs. – so if I end up getting LDs @ FC then I may need to pay the extra tax for the extra privacy afforded.
My Detroit stop is Penthouse and their LD areas are couches hidden behind curtains. The space is pretty big (like, 8'×8' or so) with the couch at the back of the space. So when the bouncer "check" goes from peeking in and asking if everything's good to just rustling the curtain as he walks by ... it makes a difference.
Can't speak to FC or anywhere else in Detroit as I've never been anywhere other than Penthouse.
Is there enough SC action in Detroit to keep me from getting bored if I do stay a week? :-) (Think I can anticipate the answer to this, but double-checking.)
Detroit has enough strip clubs to keep you busy for a week. My recommendations:
Flight Club
Penthouse
Coliseum
Landing Strip
BT's
Subi's
Criket
Trumpp's
Some dive clubs:
Bogart's
Henry VIII (north)
Henry ViII (south)
Ace of Spades
HT's
Pantheon
Toy Chest
You could also drive across the river to Windsor, Canada (you need a passport). Windsor has total nudity with alcohol, but the quality of the dancers has gone way down and contact is very limited.
Non-strip club activities:
1. Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. They are located in Dearborn, less than 6 miles from the Flight Club. If you like historical objects and buildings, you can spend a day in the Museum and another day in the Village.
2. Downtown Detroit. Hart Plaza, Renaissance Center, Greek Town (with Greek Town Casino and good Greek restaurants). Take in a Tiger baseball game.
3. People Mover. For 75 cents you can ride the whole way around the downtown area, getting a view of good and the bad of Detroit.
