Can't say for Baltimore, but DC is a don't bother town.

general impression is DC clubs are a waste. VA isn't really known to have great options. MD/B'more has some good option IMO, see link from Steve229.

Depends on what type of clubs you like, but Maryland is way better than DC and VA in all categories.
