Does NASCAR race on March 9th in Vegas generate traffic at clubs?

  BK, Regardless of whether or not NASCAR generates additional foot traffic in the Las Vegas strip clubs, that's still part of the primary convention season in Las Vegas. January through the end of April are the main convention months. You may not notice the difference, even with NASCAR's presence, because there will be so many conventioneers in town anyway, in March.

  Yes. Especially on the weekend. You have a huge convention ending the day before plus all the race fans coming in purely for entertainment.

  March Madness is also a big Vegas draw.
