Actually I think I heard they hadn't finished the walls for the bathrooms between adjoining rooms. Shared toilets.
I also heard with Russian corruption, people were expecting large percentages of money spent. Apparently money that could have been spent to hire more workers and materials vanished. Just my opinion. I'm just taking a guesstimate.
I will decipher the toilet sign in no particular order.
Sitting on toilet seat ok.
Peeing in toilet and splashing piss all over , no can do.
No fishing in toilet bowl.
No drinking from toilet bowl.
To westerrners it looks like throwing up from hangover not allowed in toilet bowl.
No sitting up on top of toilet tank to use toilet.
No drug use or injection at arm next to toilet bowl.
I'm wondering if this one might be do not use toilet bowl water to prepare food as if it's ketchup.
Someone claimed people from India and other countries might not have seen toilet facilities like we in the west are used to.
They might think you can get drinking water from the toilet and use the water for cooking or cleaning.
I wondered if any other Olympic country had similar signs in their hotels. lol
