Steve, I have something new to gripe about.   This morning I was lured in by a sign which said "All you can eat breakfast for $6.99".   Sounded good so I went in.   The waitress asks whether I'd like something to drink, to which I respond "A glass of milk."   The food was very good eventhough it was a buffet.   I ultimately get the bill at which time I learn my little 8 oz. glass costs $3.99!!!   That's at least a $1 over what I pay for a gallon back home.   With sales tax (high in Canada to pay for their healthcare), plus tip, I just handed over $15 ... and the sign out front was for just $6.99 ...
