Steve, I have something new to gripe about.&nbsp;&nbsp; This morning I was lured in by a sign which said &quot;All you can eat breakfast for $6.99&quot;.&nbsp;&nbsp; Sounded good so I went in.&nbsp;&nbsp; The waitress asks whether I'd like something to drink, to which I respond &quot;A glass of milk.&quot;&nbsp;&nbsp; The food was very good eventhough it was a buffet.&nbsp;&nbsp; I ultimately get the bill at which time I learn my little 8 oz. glass costs $3.99!!!&nbsp;&nbsp; That's at least a $1 over what I pay for a gallon back home.&nbsp;&nbsp; With sales tax (high in&nbsp;Canada to pay for their healthcare), plus tip, I just handed over $15 ... and&nbsp;the sign out front was for just $6.99 ...&nbsp;
