Honestly, RL, if it's going to happen it will most likely happen the very first time you meet here: you should know within 20 minutes. Failing that sometime within the first three meetings. Failing that, and this is very likely, it might happen in the very long time. Try to find how to make the emotional connection really fucking quickly, else risk it never happening or being irrelevent when you do.
Would you WAIT for AFFECTION and EMOTIONAL INTIMACY?
Focus on high intensity mutual attraction building, and BAIT her to suggest meeting OTC to you. This should happen really fucking fast if she likes you, but with others it might take up to three visits. Do not buy dances or spend money on her during this time and avoid falling into the "friends" trap unless, of course, that is what you are looking for.
If she still hasn't asked you by the third meeting then ask her, but your chances might not be so good and you might encounter FLAKING.
Just don't spend money while waiting for her forever. If it's going to happen it's going to happen quickly and won't cost you money (in some cases you can get away with spending a bit or maybe even alot if you are Brad Pitt).
