I bet the poor guy comes from a broken home. If his dad had been around, he would have taught him that, when you're holding someone in your house against their will, you should give them extremely limited phone privileges.
It is a good example that, when a person reports a felony, it should be illegal to use said report as evidence to bring a misdemeanor charge against then. Things might have turned out better if the chick had felt she could call the cops instead of her bf.
When an exotic dancer stepped out of the shower Sunday morning to find the doors of the trailer blocked, she knew something was wrong.
The 39-year-old dancer, whose name wasn't released by deputies, is recovering after a Boynton Beach man was accused of holding her for four hours and sexually assaulting her at gunpoint.
The day started with flowers and gifts from Thomas R. Fitzsimmons, 50, but quickly fell apart after that, according to a report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The woman told deputies Fitzsimmons told her to wear clothes he picked out and gave her beer and wine, which she drank reluctantly.
As the woman dried her hair, Fitzsimmons grew impatient and told her she better be scared because she would die soon, according to the report.
After the woman said Fitzsimmons popped several Viagra pills and drank beer, he demanded she have sex with him. When she protested, she told deputies she was punched, slapped and pushed to the ground.
She gave into Fitzsimmons' sexual demands until he began a countdown he said would end with her dying, she told authorities. When Fitzsimmons went to grab a gun, she took the opportunity to jump out of a bathroom window, wearing only a net shirt.
As she made her way out, she told deputies Fitzsimmons grabbed her feet, but he was too late. Her momentum carried her to the ground, where she suffered bruises and a cut.
A passerby picked her up, got her some clothes and drove her to Wellington Regional Hospital.
A Florida Department of Law Enforcement records check shows grand theft and larceny charges for Fitzsimmons were dropped after he was arrested by Lantana Police in July 2010.
He now faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Monday where he is held in lieu of $200,000 bail.

What the heck is a net shirt? Is that like a fishnet type outfit?
