Kansas (government) keeping the stripclubs going with welfare payments!

Hasn't this come up several times before?

Money well spent.

I like how the article list the clubs and locations so we all can know where to go for a good time. I fail to see what the problem is here. Welfare money is making its way to the single moms who need it.

They had a similar 'shocking news story' in California. Turns out though:

1. The actual percentage of the program revenues is minuscule
2. They can't distinguish between cash withdrawals by customers, cash withdrawals by the many part-time women who work there, and withdrawals by folks for whom it just happens to be the closest ATM to where they live or work.
