What's the Basis of Your "Theories" On Strip Clubs ?

I notice that many posters here have some pretty whacky "theories" on how strippers think and how strip clubs operate. What are these theories based on? Have you done experiments with competing hypotheses to see which ones work? Have you discussed your ideas with a wide range of strippers and other club employees you weren't paying to see what they thought? Is your ultimate standard what works and what doesn't?

Do you just pull shit out of your ass and present it as correct based on your advanced age? We all know old people are always right, don't we?
