OT: Flakey?

There are more than one meaning. Something like snow flakes could be flakey but I think the one you want is like you guessed, unreliable.

Think Luna Lovegood. Flakey. But like Luna, sometimes they see things - but a little goofy.

No idea who Luna Lovegood is...is it just me.

Flakey is unreliable, changes mind at drop of a hat. I've had strippers refer to themselves as flakey (and I think to myself, you sure are).

Technically it means eccentric/odd, it gets used as unreliable though.

Flakey used in a sentence:

After having unprotected sex with Tiffany in the VIP room, my scrotum became red, itchy, and flakey.

Good example of flakey is you set up OTC at 7:00 pm. She texts you at 5 "See you at 7:00 sharp!". Then 6:45 rolls around and you get another text "running late". 7:45 she finally shows up!
