Recommendation in Baltimore

I was there last week. The Block (400 East block of Baltimore, at Commerce) is where you need to go, but navigating The Block is a little dicey. Most require you to spend money on drinks for the dancer, then on the dance. Exception: Little Darlings, downstairs at the corner of Custom House. It's not fancy, but it is reasonable. Hopefully the construction is done, so you can go in the back where there is better privacy. Extras are the norm.
