Saturday, I will be driving towards South Carolina. I am planning to visit one of these if time permits 1- PP, Columbia 2-PP Greenville 3-Follies,Atlanta. But I am not able to decide which one.Which one do you guys suggest??
I'm not a fan of PP in Greenville and my one visit to Follies didn't exactly endear that club to me either. I have never been to PP in Columbia, but if it is anything like Greenville then others can have it. The PP clubs are generally known to be high hustle joints, and with the declining talent in the G'ville location I just cannot be bothered to go there anymore.
Anyway, others, such as the venerable shadowcat, may have completely different views on these clubs, but I can only share what I have seen.
I have been to all 3 clubs. It depends on what you are looking for. If you want high mileage and value, then it is Follies but you will have to put up with large crowds.
I have been to 4 of the 5 PP clubs. The Columbia club was my favorite for many years and I still know some dancers there. So I would much prefer it over Greenville. In either of the PP clubs you will have to put up with ear splitting music and obnoxious DJs.
rickdugan is more into arranging OTC. If that is your goal, you would stand a better chance at the PP clubs than Follies.
You will find a better mix and higher number of dancers at Follies but generally the PP girls will spend more time sitting with you. That is if you can break one of them loose from their regulars.
In Atlanta, Follies is my #1 choice out of 40+ clubs. PP Columbia is probably the best in the Carolinas and my 2nd favorite club.
I have also been to all 3 clubs. Follies would be my first choice, by far, but you must go during the afternoon. Greenville PP is a VERY large and impersonal club. Music not quite as ear splitting as Columbia PP. I think the lap dances in Columbia are better than Greenville, but I guess it depends on the dancer. If you plan to go at night, I would go to Greenville PP as it is so big it will not get too crowded like PP Columbia or Follies. Greenville is approximately 2 1/2 hours from Atl. while Columbia is approximately 3 1/2 hours from Atl. The distance between Columbia and Greenville is a little over an hour, I think.
Although, I haven't been down in the South for awhile, I'd vote for shadowcat's hometown club, Follies. In the times, I've been there, there's always been a good time. Columbia PP has been better in the afternoon, than at night despite putting up with the exceptionally loud music.
I live in between the two SC strip clubs. Greenville is slightly closer to me so I tend to prefer that area. The Columbia PP club is a lot smaller and considering that I end up at the strip clubs on weekend nights most of the time, I don't like it so crowded you have to wonder if you'll have a seat or not. Of course the PP club in Greenville can get real crowded around 3 am. If you visit during the afternoon, PP in Columbia might be a better choice. I believe the music in the Columbia club is a lot louder due to the small size of the club (only small compared to the Greenville club). I bring ear plugs but have only worn them in Columbia. I've had my ears start ringing shortly after walking in the door at this location. The other location in Greenville isn't as bad. Yes the music is loud and you may have to shout in spots but it doesn't hurt my ears like it does in Columbia. I believe mileage can be higher in the Columbia club but that will depend on the dancer and how crowded it is.
I also like the new Lust club in Greenville but I believe membership or a hotel key may be required, not sure. They have some very nice looking dancers but mileage is inconsistent at best. Much better mileage at PP clubs. I have not been to Follies.
I've spotted Platinum Plus dancers or they recognized me at the new club in Greenville. I don't remember all their names. They come and go at the new club or work different nights. I see different dancers working different nights. The new club Lust is like a cross between the old Nepals and the Platinum Plus clubs. Drink prices are a bit high unless they run a special and they do specials on different nights. Lust will give change in one dollar bills especially if asked and dancers will sit and talk with you if you want especially if you buy them a drink. You can talk without shouting. I go to both clubs. The PP club in Greenville cuts off bottled beer at close to midnight, Lust around 2 AM or so I believe, Columbia maybe 1 or 2 am, not sure. Due to South Carolina blue laws and one club requires membership, Lust that is.

Have fun.
Isn't Columbia to Atlanta at least 200 miles?
I just wanted to make sure the OP is aware of really how far they are apart if he is going to South Carolina.
