I suggest you spend a day or two with her first if you haven't already. If you suddenly find her irritating to you after one day, one week could be a nightmare. If you've already spent enough alone time with her to know you are compatible spending that much time together, go for it. Just saying her expectations could be different than yours if you haven't asked.
Be prepared to pay for everything, including her shopping trips, gifts for her kids, trinkets for girlfriends and new clothes and shoes. When she gets bored after two days and spends more time on the phone than with you, what will you do?
