Visiting San Fran soon. Based on reviews thinking of doing the broadway lineup of Condor, Hustler, then Centerfolds. Is this a good night? Would like to start somewhere with alcohol and end up somewhere with more mileage (but no extras). Like seeing different places. Nothing too sketchy.

@paul: Completely aside from the fact that a "chicken and egg" problem isn't all that difficult to solve in the first place, no it's not. You go to a club and review it. Nothing about the fact that you don't have the information you want prevents you from doing that. You should be aboe to glean enough information from existing reviews to get an idea of where to start. If for some reason you can't, then you get to explore new territory.
@dong you are right, not an unsolvable problem. I was just looking for some insights for this particular trip, and I'm not going to any clubs before the trip. Sorry for stepping out of line. Enjoy!
I always wanted to experience the Mitchell Brothers O'Farrell Theater phenomenon at least once in my life. Is it not on the major San Francisco Hit Parade any more?
