Red October 2011

Monday, October 10, 2011 4:23 PM
THE SECOND BOLSHEVIK REVOLUTION IS BEGINNING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA EGGED ON BY OUR FIRST COMMUNIST PRESIDENT. LET'S REMEMBER THAT DAVID AXELROD HAS BEEN A LIFETIME STREET AGITATOR. HE IS BEHIND THIS, AS IS RAHM EMMANUEL, AGAIN A STREET AGITATOR, AND NANCY PELOSI, WHO JUST GAVE A NO STRINGS ATTACHED 750 MILLION DOLLAR LOAN TO ANOTHER SOLAR COMPANY ON WHOSE BOARD SITS HER BROTHER IN LAW. THEY AND THE UNIONS ARE ALL CHEERING ON THE COMMUNIST RABBLE IN THE STREETS OF AMERICA. WHY ARE THEY DOING IT? BECAUSE THEY ARE GLAD TO DEFLECT THE ANGER OF THE PEOPLE ON TO THE SO-CALLED RICH, WHEN THEY ARE IN FACT THE RICH. IN FACT, IT WAS WALL STREET THAT PUT OBAMA IN POWER, AS I TOLD YOU IN MY BOOK TRICKLE UP POVERTY IN GREAT DETAIL. THOSE THAT OBAMA AND THE RABBLE ARE ATTACKING ARE THE VERY PEOPLE WHO PUT OBAMA INTO POWER. AND YET NOW THEY SAY TAX THE RICH. WHY IS IT THE PEOPLE ON WALL STREET DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT? BECAUSE OBAMA'S TAX THE RICH PLAN TARGETS THOSE WHO ARE FAR FROM BEING MILLIONAIRES AND ARE ALREADY TAXED AT ALMOST 40%. THE WALL STREET GANGSTERS WHO PUT OBAMA IN POWER ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CAPITAL GAINS TAX, WHICH IS ONLY 15% AND OBAMA DOESN'T PROPOSE TO CHANGE AT ALL. YOU GET IT? THE HEDGE FUND THIEVES WHO CAUSED THE COLLAPSE OF THE AMERICAN ECONOMY AND WHO USHERED IN OBAMA'S REIGN ARE THE ONES WHO SHOULD BE ATTACKED, NOT THE ORDINARY AMERICAN SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. THE ASSETS OF THE HEGDGE FUND OPERATORS SHOULD BE SEIZED AS ILLEGITIMATELY GAINED ASSETS. THEY DID IT BY BETTING AGAINST THE HOUSING BUBBLE. EVERY DOLLAR SHOULD BE TAKEN BACK FROM THE CROOKS WHO SHORTED THE HOUSING MARKET AND DESTROYED THE BANKING INDUSTRY. THE MONEY WENT INTO THEIR HANDS. PEOPLE LOST THEIR HOUSES AND THEIR MORTGAGES. BUT SOMEONE WAS MAKING MONEY OFF ALL THIS. THESE ARE THE HEDGE FUND OPERATORS: SEIZE THEIR ASSETS NOW! SO WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH THE VERMIN IN THE STREETS? THE VERMIN IN THE STREETS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY'RE ONLY USEFUL IDIOTS. I WILL REMIND YOU THOUGH THAT THE LEADERS ARE NOT USEFUL IDIOTS. PELOSI, OBAMA, AND THE ENTIRE LEFT WING CABAL. THEY ARE VERY INTELLIGENT AND NOT IDIOTS AT ALL. WHY ARE THEY STIRRING THESE PEOPLE UP? BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ATTACKING THEM. THE ENEMY OF THESE STREET VERMIN ARE ACTUALLY THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE LEFT WING CABAL. BUT THE PROTESTORS ARE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THIS. THEY'RE MERELY GUTTER RATS IN THE STREET. I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER ANOTHER UPRISING – ONE THAT OCCURRED IN OCTOBER OF 1917, NOT OCTOBER 2011. THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION OCCURRED BECAUSE OF A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE THEMSELVES NOT POOR. KARL MARX, THE FOUNDER OF COMMUNISM, WAS THE SON OF A LAWYER, NOT A MEMBER OF THE PROLETARIAT. FRIEDRICH ENGELS, WHO CREATED COMMUNIST THEORY WITH MARX, WAS THE SON OF A WEALTHY GERMAN COTTON MANUFACTURER. VLADIMIR LENIN, WHO LED THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION, CAME FROM A COMFORTABLE MIDDLE-CLASS FAMILY. IN OTHER WORDS THEY WERE THE HIPPIE TRUST FUND CASES OF THEIR TIME. AND YET THEY WERE ABLE TO MARSHAL AND STEAM UP THE POOR WHO WERE STARVING IN RUSSIA. INCIDENTALLY, THERE IS NO STARVATION IN AMERICA WITNESS MOST OF THE HIPPIES ARE FAT AND DRUGGED OUT. NEVERTHELESS, AS WE SAW YESTERDAY, WHEN LEFT WING CONGRESSMAN JOHN LEWIS WENT TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THESE GROUPS OF RABBLE, HE WAS ACTUALLY STOPPED FROM SPEAKING. HE WAS SHOCKED, JUST SHOCKED. HE THOUGHT THAT HE COULD DEMAGOGUE THEM AND MARSHAL THEM FOR HIS OWN PURPOSES, CAPITALIZE ON THEIR ANGER. LITTLE DID HE REALIZE THAT THEY HATED HIM AS MUCH AS THEY HATED THE QUOTE-UNQUOTE “RICH.' LITTLE DO THE DEMOCRATS LIKE PELOSI AND RAHM EMMANUEL UNDERSTAND THAT THEIR SUPPORT OF THE RABBLE WILL BACKFIRE ON THEM AND VERY SHORTLY. DURING THE FRENCH REVOLUTION, ONCE THE GUILLOTINE STARTED WORKING, CUTTING OFF THE HEADS OF THE ARISTOCRACY, IT COULD NOT BE STOPPED SO EASILY. WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF THE HEADS, THE GUILLOTINES CONTINUED TO SLIDE, AND SOON THE REVOLUTIONARIES THEMSELVES IN FRANCE WERE HAVING THEIR HEADS CUT OFF. EVENTUALLY ONE HEAD AFTER ANOTHER WAS CUT OFF WITHOUT REGARD FOR PARTY AFFILIATION. SOUND FAMILIAR? THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER IS OVER. IT IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE. THEY UNLEASHED THE MOBS TO COVER-UP THE SOLYNDRA SCANDAL, LIGHTSQUARED SCANDAL, GUNRUNNING, AND THE $735 MIL TO PELOSI'S KIN! DEFLECTION. OBFUSCATION. REMEMBER, ‘THE BANKS' PUT OBAMA IN POWER! ‘WALL STREET” IS SCHUMER'S BIGGEST BACKER!

Forgetting to take the CAPSlock off really makes me want to read whatever it is you're screaming about. Also, please note that blaming one side for the failures of our entire gov't makes you look foolish and partisan, and that goes for cons and libs alike. You want change? Vote Ron Paul in 2012. But you won't, because you're hung up on the wedge that's been driven between people of varying political backgrounds. Furthermore, Hunt for Red October sucked. The only redeeming factor in that movie was Sean Connery. Groups like #Occupy and the Tea Party began as good-hearted, grassroots movements, but have since been hijacked by radicals on both sides. I attended #OccupyIndy and there were a good mix of people there, mostly middle-aged to older. Conservative and liberal viewpoints were also represented. So before you start chunnering that these protests are "liberal" and that the people attending them and participating in them are "vermin," go to one. I'd say the same thing to anyone talking shit about a Tea Party rally who has never gone. Go, and then get back to us. And stop screaming. You sound like a fucking two year old throwing a tantrum.

Amen to both fetish_dancer and rapturous one. I get the intent of this diatribe, although I had to stop after a few paragraphs because my eyes started to bleed from reading all the CAPS, and while I agree with it, neither party is absolved from the mess we're in. Libs, as history as shown, are more free spending and want more social justice. Let's try to solve the problem instead of hijacking more $$ from our paychecks to support someone else's poor decisions in life. America is billed as the land of opportunity, not a land of guarantees. You don't have to look very far (well, geographically you do) to see what excessive taxation and social programs do to a nation. If everyone is equal, why should anyone try harder? And the rebpubs are just plain f'in silly with all this war shit. Enough already. Whatever side of the fence you're on, moderation is likely the key to success. Extremism on either end won't work. The majority of the nation just isn't that far bent to one side or the other.

+1, DFF. Our gov't is SO out of step with what we the people want. Idk about the rest of you, but I neither want higher taxes NOR more wars. We need to cut our military spending and cut social programs. Everything needs to take a hit. Dems won't give up social programs; that's their "baby" the same way the wars and the military are the lovechildren of the right. I'm getting more and more fed up and jaded with politics.

"Furthermore, Hunt for Red October sucked" I BEG to differ. Perhaps you are not much of a Movie fan or you may be one of those film watchers who ONLY like movies with jump cuts every 1 to 2 seconds.

No, I just don't like movies that drag on for too long. I also hate jumpy movies. Then again, never been a fan of war movies, so perhaps that's it.

fd, I beg to differer about the Tea Party. They have not change their agenda, ergo, not "hijacked by radicals".

People like Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck do not represent the ideals of the Tea Party, imo.

"No, I just don't like movies that drag on for too long" Well most Movies made before 1920 didn't last much longer than 15 minutes.

It depends on the movie. Because The Ten Commandments is one of my ATF movies. And that's...ridic long. But Red October, gah, that was awful.

The boon was better then the movie. To be honest all Tom Clancy movies are boring. I think they should make the next Tom Clancy movie to a mini series on HBO or AMC. Sarah Palin and GB are going to say radical and nonsensical things to boost there so called mystic image in the media. To be honest I'm voting for ron Paul because he looks like my crazzzzy have uncle and us crazzzzy people need a leader.

I am kind of glad everyone is pissed at the government - from the NRA to Tea Party to Unions to Middle Class unemployed to the Foreclosure Crowd to the anti-Banksters to the communist/socialists to whatever that Sacramento demonstration crowd was demonstrating against. Everyone is pissed at these goons in local, state, and federal government. Hell it pays better to work in government than in the commercial market now ([view link]). We have had years of hollowing out manufacturing, electronics, and now IT is heading over to India and China. We have had years of unbalanced trade deficits - with even Mexico (66 BILLION for 2010 [view link])! Add to that, we pay for everyone's defense against - who? The USSR? The Russians (ask Georgia Republic how that went [view link]). Islamofascism? I thought we invaded Afghanistan for Al Queda and we are now there fighting the Taliban. WTF? Oh I could go on. But the assholes on either side will continue to confuse the situation until all out civil war is present.

"Red October sucked" "I just don't like movies that drag on for too long" Don't know what you're talking about, the film is action packed and tightly plotted. A terrific cast too, a mix of young stars Patrick Swayze, Jennifer Grey, Lea Thompson, C. Thomas Howell and Charlie Sheen and great character actors like Powers Boothe, Harry Dean Stanton, Ben Johnson and Lane Smith... Oh, wait, I'm thinking of "Red Dawn," never mind.

Write a fucking review and then I'll consider reading your editorial. Didn't read you article and don't care. Rumor has this is supposed to a strip club related site. Both the Dems and the Republicans suck. The Libertarians are the only ones that even make a grain of sense and that's not very often either.

By the way, I loved "Red Dawn". My favorite scene: (The great Powers Boothe as Col. Tanner) Darryl Bates: What started it? Col. Andy Tanner: I don't know. Two toughest kids on the block, I guess. Sooner or later, they're gonna fight. Jed Eckert: That simple, is it? Col. Andy Tanner: Or maybe somebody just forget what it was like. Jed Eckert: ...Well, who *is* on our side? Col. Andy Tanner: Six hundred million screaming Chinamen. Darryl Bates: Last I heard, there were a billion screaming Chinamen. Col. Andy Tanner: There *were*. The Colonel then throws a cup of whiskey on the fire; it ignites violently, suggesting a nuclear explosion]

...and did you know they filmed a remake of "Red Dawn" around the state of Michigan in the fall of 2009. The original was released in 1984 and featured an invasion by USSR. Since we're best buds with the Russians now, in the remake the writers had to come up with a new invader, so it was the Chinese. But of course, now we're afraid to say anything wrong about the Chinese, so the film is being edited to make the bad guys North Koreans. The release date of the remake has been pushed back. I know some people who tried to walk on as extras when filming was done in the area.

Red Dawn is AWESOME. And Russia is not our friend, no matter what pussy, pathetic overtures Obama makes to them.

To be totally honest I have a theory that the Russians are aiding terrorist groups and other programs. As well we are also helping the Georgian group to be a self dependable country. The biggest threat in my opinion on the next 10 to 15 years is not primarily Al (Queda) sp? But a group of radical ex KGB agents that live in the hay day of the cold war setting of a couple of nuclear devices because they couldn't stand that there beloved mother land was beating by America.

Calm down RapturousOne. This is not the Apocalypse yet. And your "causes of the Bolshevik Revolution" is missing one teeny little factor: World War I. The Czar was displaced by a government that was run by the Council of Workmen's and Soldiers' Delegates (the Soviet). Their refusal to withdraw from WWI was the crack through which Lenin and the Bolsheviks (Minority Socialist Party) slipped into power.

I'm not going to type my response in all caps, because, well, it's completely unhinged. I don't have time or patience for rantings about Obama or Pelosi or liberals. Or Tea Party nut sacks. Or Glenn Beck. I would like to say that I was ready to make the easy joke about Red October and Red Dawn, but Steve beat me to it. I'm starting to think that we were separated at birth. And I do likes me some cheerleaders. Oh, and fetish_dancer, you know that I love you, sugar. You can bring that feisty little ass over here anytime.

And oh by the way, unless your name is Michael Savage, you're a plagiarist. This was a rant on his web page earlier this week. Extreme rightism is one thing- that's a matter of difference of opinion. But passing off someone else's work as yours? That's just insulting. I eagerly await an eff you-laden response in all caps.
