25-year-old Ill. lawyer Reema Bajaj accused of prostitution

(CBS) - Reema Bajaj, a 25-year-old attorney who received her law license last year has been charged with prostitution, according to a report.

Bajaj pleaded not guilty to one felony charge and two misdemeanors Thursday in DeKalb County, Ill., about 60 miles west of Chicago, according to the paper.

Police allegedly found evidence that linked Bajaj to a prostitution incident that occurred in August 2010 when they were investigating another case, reports The Chicago Tribune.

Prosecutors say the Sycamore resident is also charged in an incident that occurred last month, according to The Tribune.

Bajaj graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in November.

She is currently free on bail after posting a $500 cash bond, the paper reports.
