Octogenerian Hugh Hefner engaged to 24-year-old girlfriend

He may be 84, but age isn't getting in the Playboy tycoon's way when it comes to love. Hugh Hefner took to his Twitter to share the happy news that he proposed to his 24-year-old girlfriend Crystal Harris on Christmas Eve.
The twice-married lothario started dating former psychology student Crystal at the beginning of 2009, when he was also dating identical glamor models Kristina and Karissa Shannon, but he ended his relationship with the twins a year later and has since been committed to his soon-to-be wife.
So, how did Hugh pop the question? The couple cosied up to watch The Tourist, starring Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp, and then they got down to opening their presents.

“After the movie tonight, Crytal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve,” Hef said.
And if that message wasn't clear enough, he later tweeted: “Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all.”
Hef has two children, Christie, 58, and David, 55, from his first marriage to Mildred Williams in 1949, which lasted for 10 years. In 1989 he tied the knot with Playboy Playmate Kimberley Conrad and together they have two sons, Marston Glenn, 20, and Cooper Bradford, 19. Hef filed for divorce in 2000 citing “irreconcilable differences”, although the divorce was only finalised this year.
