1. As for tips, it is stupid to tip after a LD but sometimes I will do it by rounding to the nearest $20. So if LD is $35 I will tip $5. Or if LD is $30 I will tip $10. But again, don't tip unless the dancer does an exceptionally good job and does not give any bullshit about the "rules". Better to just buy a second lap dance from the gal if she does a good job than tip her.
2. As for extras, it really depends on the city and local LE. If I am in a city like Detroit or Akron I know I will be getting extras pretty easy without even having to ask for them. If I am in a city like Columbus or Dayton then I know extras are damn near impossible so I don't bother. The best action I can expect for in Columbus is some good grinding.
3. Best nights sometimes depends on what promotions the club is running (free buffets, free pizza, dance specials, drink specials, etc). Friday/Saturday nights are best if you want some eye candy. sauternes makes a good point about if a dancer asks for a tip they will lose my business. I have gone ahead and tipped a few dancers after they asked me for a tip (more like demanded one) just to avoid any potential hassles but best to just stand your ground and refuse.

ANSWER: I don't think tipping is warranted or necessarily expected in most cases. There are times however, when a girl is over-the-top good, and I want to reward that effort with an extra $5 - $10, depending on how many dances I've gotten. If the girl makes me cum, especially if she reaches inside and/or does some have stick shifting, then I reward more. The way I figure it is at $10 per dance, two or three dances with a cum warrants a $10 - $20 tip. Even with that, I had a great time with stress relief for under $50 - a good deal compared to the VIP.
2- How much in your experience are extras?
ANSWER: If you're at a club like Bogart's in Inkster MI, you're talking usually half-again to double the dance price - so at $20 per dance for a couple dances ($40), tack on another $20 - $40 for sloppy HJ or a BBJ. FS (which I've never done ITC) would probably add another $20 - $40 on top of that.

ANSWER: For the possibility of extras, you can't beat the day time girls, which confuses me because you'd think LE vice might be more likely to work during regular business hours. While I rarely tip for basic LDs, I occasionally give an extra $5 if I have had four or more dances from the same girl and they have been quality. Extras depend entirely upon the city and club you are in. As mentioned above Detroit has redefined "extra" to become "expected." Orlando "extras" mean the dancer kissed your cheek. 2. there's no real set prices in this area, the dancers may try to overcharge thinking that they are all that when most are half of what they think they really are, in my experience, the hotter the woman, the more she will charge, so if you are on a budget, you may have to lower your expectations about 2-3 notches and go for the less pretty ones, if you are on a budget then you should skip this part because you have to have extra money to splurge if you want extras because the women aren't cheap.
3. like the others have said, evenings are better if you want eye candy, but if you want better mileage then day time is better.
