It's been a while since my last (disappointing) visit to this place so I figured it was time to check and see if things have improved. Sadly they have not, although they were having a Christmas party which meant several more dancers on hand. Fortunately a few of them were hotter than the usual fare here. The club itself is dingy. Cover was $10. Pool table and bar are on your left as you walk in. Double Goose and soda was $8. At the far end of the club is a seating area with ~15 tables seating two people each. Small main stage is on the right with no seating at the stage. VIP room and bathroom are on the right across from the pool table. VIP room is instrumented with several cameras and lights are too bright. I settled on three dancers for VIP this evening, at $20/song. Contact is one-way only, and if you try for more the dancers will push your hands away and make comments about the cameras and getting thrown out. Needless to say, this is not an inviting VIP experience. Although the one-way grind from all three dancers was good enough to get me hard, I will not give a value rating above 5 if my hands or tongue are not allowed to do some roaming. Period. This club also has table dances that I think are $5/song, but I didn't partake as these appeared to be no contact. You're better off tipping at the stage where the dancers at least make minimal contact. I inquired about OTC. One dancer seemed interested but when she stopped by later to exchange info (so I thought), she just tried to sell more dances. The dancers at TD's in ABQ seem much more receptive, and that's a much better club to visit anyway. Finally, there's a thug element that seems to hang at this club, especially as the evening wears on. I've never seen them cause trouble inside the club, but it's a bit disconcerting nonetheless. Security outside the club is lax. It is not unusual to be hit up for money as you enter or leave the club, and this visit was no exception. Some guy trying to drum up sympathy by claiming he just got out of the Marine corps. High quality clubs simply do not allow this kind of solicitation. I've never been threatened per se by this kind of behavior, but watch your back when you're headed to your car after a few drinks. Also there's a fairly strong police presence on Cerrillos Rd. patrolling for drunk drivers at night.

P10 is a nice club. I got there early evening and sat at one of the tables along the main stage. I had two waitresses during the evening and both provided excellent service. One willingly described all the dance options: there's an open area for $20/song, also a "red" room and a champaign room with 2 options, one of which is you can rent a "cabana" (in a SC??). Bottle service is available. I opted for the red room, which I think is a good deal if you find a dancer you like. There are 6 secluded booths to choose from. On my visit I had the room to myself. Rent is $60/hour & a negotiated rate for the dancer - I paid $200. I pay $275 for 30 mins of CR @ my local club, so I thought $260 for an hour was a great deal! Dancers do 2 song sets on the main stage then rotate to secondary stage(s). First song the dancer is covered, second she is topless. Club has 5 stages total, 3 were running while I was there. If you ask a dancer @ main stage for lappers, it may take her a while to get back to you because apparently they have to complete their stage rotation first. Another weird thing - apparently dancers can only work 8 hours then have to leave. However the dancer I brought back to the red room was allowed to "work late"... LD mileage is two-way. Good grinding plus nipple sucking and roaming fingers were tolerated. Red room is more private and mileage is enhanced. However I didn't get the vibe that ITC would be an option. In any event, OTC is on the menu. Got a dancer's # for future trips to Austin... Night shift had more ethnic variety in dancers, late day shift had lots of barbies and I didn't see as much variety. Several dancers could use some ab work, but most were 7+. Overall I had a good experience. I recommend visiting the sisters Fancy and Pretty. You won't be disappointed!

Decided to try out No. 5...
Decided to try out No. 5 as it was getting late and the Paramount was a 40 minute trip. No. 5 is in a seedy part of downtown Vancouver, a little more than 1 km east of the convention center. Cover was $5 and the bottle of swill was $6.50. Mixed drinks go for around $8. The club is cozy, with a small elevated stage in the middle. There are some tables scattered around the stage, mainly in elevated areas behind and to the right of the stage as you walk in. There's a bar behind the main stage with decent views of the action. In the states, I use the tip rail to make some decisions about dancers I'll take to VIP. Doesn't seem to be the way things work in the BC clubs I've been to (No. 5, Paramount and Brandi's). Dancers perform several songs, starting in a sexy motif outfit (eg. cowgirl, nurse) and progressing to full nude by the last song. Tipping consists of placing a minimum of $5 on the stage (no dollar bills here), for which you get nothing but a "thanks." No Stevie, no face in crotch, nothing. Also, not every dancer working the club performs on stage - I was told by one dancer that only the newer girls are required to get up there. If you want VIP, basically your only introduction to the dancers other than the stage performer is during the hustle they put on for dances. Between stage performances there is a long interlude in which dancers circulate to solicit for VIP. Most take a polite "no" well for an answer and don't persist. I only had a couple of dancers continue to pester me even after I made it clear I had already made a selection for the night. The VIP area is upstairs, and consists of several couches with decent privacy provided by curtains. It is expensive relative to my typical club experience ($50/song or $200 for 5 songs), which explains my low value rating for this club. At least you are told exactly what you're getting: touching everywhere except pussy. Some patrons were scolded for tongue action although the two dancers I took up there didn't stop me, even letting me suck their nipples. I spent a lot of time in VIP with a hot Haitian dancer with a non-standard stripper name I can't remember - a 9 in my book (I rarely come across a dancer as sexy and toned as this girl). Excellent two-way contact with nice grinding in several positions. However I've had experiences just as pleasant for half the cost at various clubs in the states. With the right dancer, you can get similar mileage at the Paramount for a more reasonable cost. However it may take some serious research to find one of the few higher mileage dancers there, so the cost/benefit could easily be better at No. 5 for the traveler without an ATF in town. Better option may be to save the cash for your favorite club back home and get twice the action. I asked two dancers here if they do OTC and got negative responses. I do not know if the regulars have better luck. I'll probably be back on my next visit to town, although I'm not convinced the cost justifies it...
