Anaheim - The manager of a strip club in Anaheim was shot early Wednesday morning while tallying up the night's profits and two suspects remain at large, police said.
About 2:30 a.m., "they were counting out the day's receipts and closing up the business" at California Girls, 815 S. Brookhurst St., when someone opened fire, Anaheim police Sgt. Greg Palmer said.
The manager of the club, who was struck once by a bullet that hit his body and also injured his hand, was taken to a hospital, said Palmer.
The "gentlemen's club," billed on its website as "an upscale topless cabaret," is just two miles from Disneyland.
Police were seeking two male suspects, but could offer no further description.

One of the perils of a latenight business. It sucks. I hope the manager recovers quickly.
