Interesting to see so many east coast and new england clubs on their list. Not a single club on their list overlaps with TUSCL (Bourbon Street Circus occasionally might be in TUSCL top ten).

It is probably BS and the clubs pay for the rank,
I know clubs can pay $3000/year and they can get ad space on the site and have their club listing stand out in bold on the listings. Only one club in Ohio is doing this (kahoots) and their ad is a free admission pass. I have printed off a dozen or so in the past few months.
