The Lusty Lady girls in SF don't exactly work on a strict hourly wage. They own the club collectively & profit directly from how well the club operates on a weekly basis. I highly recommend the documentary "Live Nude Girls Unite!" or this short documentary: current.com for more info on them.
If you are a HOT stripper you do not want to work at a base pay club.
I have read about Seattle and San Francisco strip clubs offering base pay with no tips. The top pay was $27/hour in Seattle and $26/hour in San Francisco.
