Here's a little update on Rumors, and some advice to potential visitors. Rumors is a dive bar in a seedy neighborhood. If you park next to the club on the side street, your car will be on their camera and you can watch it in comfort from your bar-side seat. There is no cover. A handwritten sign on the door says "No assholes allowed". The club is small. Thee is a bar, a small floor level stage and a pool table. Most of the activity takes place at the bar, where you can sit with a girl, buy her drinks, chat her up, and cuddle. A lot of the patrons are die-hard regulars. If you are new, you should sit at the bar, drink, tip well, and look for conversational opportunities. After a while, or maybe on your 2nd or 3rd visit, you will find the girls getting much friendlier, and from that point forward you may have a really fun time. If you are looking for the most attractive girls, you will not find them here. If you have a $40 budget, you will not have fun. Good fun will require an investment of time and money.
