Someone's changed the name of this...

Someone's changed the name of this entry from "Peyton's Playpen" to "Peyton's Gentlemens Club", but the sign still says "Playpen" -- Who knows, maybe management is getting tired of people lovingly referring to it as "the Pigpen." Anyway, dropped in for an afternoon quickie and got what I paid for. All Latin staff and crowd this time, you just never know with this place. No cover (arrived around 4), one bottled water for $5. Dancers in the 5 to 7 range, more into flashing and groping than actual dancing (not a complaint, per se!) No real lookers. Lapdances are $20, thorough and effective.

On my way out I noticed a posting on the door that this joint has applied for a liquor license. This was a real-booze bar years ago, under the name "Wild Wild West", but lost its license after a cop left the place drunk and ran over a pedestrian. It closed and re-opened as the Playpen, juice bar only but full nude (when the girls feel like it.) Mixed feelings about this -- I love a drink, but right now this place is always a nice cheap thrill, and I'd hate to see the bottoms go back on...
