It's the most famous strip club in Dallas, and if you aren't from here you should definitely check it out. It is VERY Texas, and I don't just mean the country music every third song. You'll definitely know you aren't in Boston or New York right when you walk in--it's big, loud, maybe ten years behind the times. In other words, Texas.

You've got the deejay who begins every little pre-stage change babble with the last seven or eight words of the song which just played, and then infuses catch phrases like "put some money on this honey!" or "be good to the girls and they'll be good to you." I could just see him as a baseball announcer. The game is about to start and he comes over the loudspeaker, "That's right, honey--the land of the free and the home of the brave...now put your hands together for those Rangers. Clap your hands for them and they'll smack some homers for you!"

The talent seems to mirror the general vibe of the facility--a little past its prime. A few too many tattoos, a bit too much bad plastic surgery. Not too many fresh-faced beauties here. Word is that this place can get pretty wild if you know where to look (particularly during the day shift) but that's not really my thing. While there is often an exception to the rule (or two) the talent at The Lodge and Men's Club is going to be better across the board, so BD is seeing fewer and fewer visits from me.
