I recently went to Norma Jeans...
I recently went to Norma Jeans to celebrate the birthday of a friend. It was my first time there since they opened the other side of the club (They previously were expanding and hadn't let customers into the other end of the club). I'm a woman, so the cover was free for me, but it was $10 each for my male friends. The atmosphere of the club is a little ghetto (due to the nature of the clubs neighborhood and typical clientelle) but overall, it was nice. It's what I would classify a "Dopeboy and Golddigger" type of spot. That's where all the drug dealers go to blow their money on light and dark skinned women with big booties.
They have a pool table and some TV's if you just wanna relax and play a game. Just make sure that you have a drink in your hands at ALL times. They (the bouncers, dancers, everybody) keep tabs. If you're not buying a drink, then you have to leave the club. All of the drinks there are $7. Now since the club has expanded, they have two bars and two stages. I would reccomend NOT sitting at the bar unless you like to be hustled by the girls. (They are very aggressive when it comes to trying to sell bottles or getting you to buy drinks. Furthermore, the stage is in the center of the bar, so if you like random T&A over your drinks, then enjoy.
There is a fair mix of dancers at Normas... Most are black, but I did see a few latinas and a white girl. Majority of them have brickhouse, hourglass shapes (big booty, big breasts, flat stomach), although I did see two or three dancers who looked like they needed a pink slip. Some are very laid back, while others are very pushy and aggressive. They'll hustle you drinks and dances. I guess they're under pressure to make ancillary revenue for the club. There was on dark skinned girl who was like a gymnast when she was dancing, very flexible.
