The Orchid is one of three associated clubs in Reno. If you pay the cover here you get access to all three of their clubs in Reno. It is the most laid-back high-end place of the three associated clubs. The bar is well stocked and smoking is allowed. Topless only is the rule. The layout: One large stage in the main hall and VIP room options. The large main room has some out of the way back areas that are more intimate. The main room was open and well light without too much black-light / strobe non-sense. The dj annoyance factor was low to mid-range. The Bar/wait staff are friendly though the security is more conspicuous than ideal.

The dancers were diverse with Caucasian, Asians and Latinas making up the majority. Their level of attractiveness as group was above average, with 2 or so stunning beauties. Standard lap dance $20/song. Two VIP rooms $30/song with a two song minimum or at the second upper VIP room (the price I did not ask) included bottle service and a price to mach. Most dancers were friendly; a few were overly aggressive on the sell. Dance talent was varied from above average to unenthusiastic.

This club (and its associated clubs) is you best choice in Reno if you want to visit more than one club in one night. Each club has its own atmosphere and feel. As stated this club has the classiest vibe of the three and closest to the main strip of casinos. Downside: Not the classiest or best-looking dancers in Reno but well worth a stop especially if you plan to go to the other associated clubs. . More expensive cover/drinks/dance price than the other clubs. If high class is your thing the Orchid would be my second choice in Reno, The Men's Club would be my first.
