Playhouse is the only strip club in Warsaw that I return to frequently.

The entry costs 50 zloties, private dance is 100 zloties a dance (although you can negotiate a longer and more sensual dance for the same amount of money), drinks for the girls are 60/80 zloties, champagne (which gets you upstairs to a vip-area on the mezzanine) is 700 zloties, regular drinks are way cheaper than at a hotel lobby, ask for the by-the-bottle promo prices).

Although stage dancing is only topless, all-nude private dances are top-notch and the way to go.
