I've made a number of visits...

I've made a number of visits to the Goldrush over the years, and seen the club go through several renovations. I've had a few outstanding visits, a bunch of pretty good trips, and some that were just so-so at best. My last trip there was a while ago, and it was one of the outstanding visits. On that previous trip, there was pretty good two way contact with the $10 table dances on the floor, and I made a $150 trip to the VIP room that was fantastic with plenty of extras. However this most recent visit was so-so at best. Don't know if it was due to the raid this club apparently had a number of months ago, or if I just wasn't meeting the right dancers on this visit.

I arrived on a week day late afternoon, and had to pay the $2 parking fee, although there were only a few cars in the lot. I didn't have to pay a cover. I took a seat at the stage top bar on the far left side of the floor. There were only about 8 dancers working, and only about 10-12 customers, not a particularly good ratio. The dancers were about 50-50 black and white, and ranged from 5's to 7's. They were doing dances on the big main stage only, so I got a beer from the bar maid and just chilled for a few songs to check things out. I tipped the girls on the stage, but most didn't come by to say thank you, although a couple did. After a while, a few dancers came by and I did several sets of $10 table dances. The contact was much less than my last trip, with only light one way contact that was very subtle. I asked one dancer if I could touch her during the table dance, and was told "not anymore". After I had talked with one cute dancer for a while, bought her a drink, and done a couple of table dances, she asked me if I wanted to go to the VIP. She said it would be $200, and I discreetly asked what we could do back there, and was told "just dances". After getting lots of extras on my last visit, I passed. After that I had one more set of so-so table dances from another dancer, that I should have probably passed on too. Since it just wasn't happening on this trip, I decided to leave and check out Pink Pony South.

I'll probably give Goldrush another try sometime, but if that's another so-so visit at best, I may have to look at going elswhere.
