This was a disappointing trip to Olympic Gardens, and I have been there for the day shifts on weekends before.

But the talent level just was not the same as in the past.

There were around 7 or 8 women working that day. I'm not one to use the term girls, I usually write dancers, but in this case girls would certainly not apply. The average age had to be early to mid 30s. At one point one dancer was happily singing along to the 80s music the DJ was playing, and we started talking about the band, etc. Look, I like the attitude, she was clearly having a good time, but five hours later, I expect most of the talent in the room to have barely been born in the 80s, at latest. And I'm not only into younger dancers. I'm near 40 myself, I can appreciate a little older. But these women were showing their age, sorry.
