This place gets a mixed review...

This place gets a mixed review from me. As far as dancer quality goes, I've always found the girls here to be highly attractive...well above average in comparison to many of the other clubs around town. The dancers have always been nice to me, although I haven't had any opportunities to talk to any besides small talk at the rack. I've been to this place a few times, each time was shortlived as I was with buddies who were in control of when we came and went. The bouncers at this place seem to be pretty stiff about letting people in, I had a friend who couldn't get in one time because his ID was bent on one of the corners and I've witnessed a couple of other people having troubles getting in. I wouldn't show up too drunk to this place or you're likely to not get in. The music being played seemed to be mostly a generic mix of hip-hop and some popular rock songs mixed in. There are a few different stages so that opens up choices a bit. Now as for the crowd that comes here.. I've noticed a fair amount of the self-proclaimed "baller" types here on my visits. Seems to be a place to maybe show off that new haircut you got with your buddies, not that there's anything wrong with that...except one guy who was sitting by me and a couple of my friends the last time I was there. The guy was throwing down larger tips and felt it necessary to mention to my friend that his tips were "weak" almost as though he was trying to start a confrontation. Over all, it was just some idiot kid who was trying to throw down more money in attempt to steal the dancers attention away from all the other "non-ballers" at the table. The catch is that the girl was showing just as much attention to us as she was to this douche...smart girl, could probably smell the idiot from a mile away. I don't come here to pay attention to what some knuckleheads might think of my tipping (which is very much adequate to say the least), I come to enjoy my time with friends and enjoy the scenery. If you take the same approach, you'll probably have a great time. One of the best things about this club is its accessibility from 205 which connects to 84 and I-5. There is nothing really Portland-y about this club, it seems like a club you might find in any other large city, but I would say it is worth stopping through.
