As of my last visit on...

As of my last visit on this past Thursday, Crazy Horse has added a new stage to the left when you walk in the door. This was a much-needed improvement as the stage near the front of the room (the only room) was quite uncomfortable and rarely had any 'visitors'. This new stage allows for a more private, but 'normal' positioning. When I was there, a lighting company was apparently testing a new lighting system and software and I heard one of the staff say that he liked it (it looked pretty cool to me, too). As for the girls, the Crazy Horse is still working on its baseline dancer crew and the turnover is pretty high (from one week to the next). But, given their position on Bourbon Street, the (apparent) management's determination and the friendly nature of the remaining staff, I would say that the Crazy Horse is definitely going to be a contender.
