I made two visits recently, both on a Thursday. During the day they still have 2 for 1 beers ($6 total price) but it's a $5 cover.

The dayshift is pretty much the same faces that have been there for years and they generally congregate in the same clique at the same table near the bar. As soon as you sitdown you're pretty much guaranteed to be tag teamed by two of the wornout blondes. I passed on the day shift and returned later in the evening in hopes of seeing better selection. There was one petite brunette with a natural B rack and a banging ass. Unfortunately she was pretty much robotic in her dances and was straight mercenary in her quest for the dollars. The only upside is the DJ ran a 2for1 which meant two songs for $40. Given the fact that the deejay cuts the songs short it's still a marginal value.

Mileage in the backroom is still very lame, especially compared to the glory days of Memphis. If youre in Memphis with time to kill you could do worse than the Pony but if you're going there looking for high mileage you'll almost definitely leave a disappointed clubber.
