I stopped by Oasis shortly after 9 p.m. on a Saturday night. There was a handwritten sign on the door that said "closed". There was some other writing, but I couldn't read it from the car and wasn't interested enough to actually get out and walk to the door and a cold night, so I don't know if the closure is temporary or permanent. But it's something to be mindful of.

On other visits I've found it to be more or less on par with Bobby's or Carl's in the same area. You can find some fairly attractive dancers at Oasis, but the dances tend to be tamer than Bobby's or Carl's. Once nice thing Oasis does that the others don't is that they have typically have hot bartenders in very skimpy outfits. But, it also seems like it wants to be a bar that happens to have dancers; most of the main area is taken up by pool tables, and they end up with a small corner where all of the dances take place.
