I went on one of the hot Portland days thinking a strip club would be a great place to beat the heat and I entered the club and it was as hot as outside. There was one dancer on stage and no one up front, only a few people in the club probably because it was hot. The set up is interesting almost like a mini-arena type with a pit in the middle where the stage was. A server/bartender then comes up to me demanding that I order something because of the two drink minimum and to me this is big part of my thinking of how the club views you. Do they view you as a person? Or are you simply a customer coming in who needs to pay their 2 drink minimum or get out? So with this approach, plus the heat I decided to leave. Dancers did not seem bad but was not worth putting up with the temperature or attitude.
