This is one of the most popular clubs in Portland, as far as I can tell. I heard about it a lot at work before I went and finally caved and went to see what all the buzz was about. I am a really big fan of tattoos, and a few of the dancers on Sunday were tattoo'd. However, I've heard about other clubs in Portland with more "hipster" dancers and more tattoo action and I think I'm going to have to go someplace more off the beaten path to see women with better and more art.

Overall, I think Union Jacks is a good place to go if you're new to town or traveling and want to see one of the more well known clubs in Portland. It's not far from downtown, just across the Burnside Bridge, so if you're staying at a hotel downtown and want to catch a cab to a club you have easy access to Union Jacks. The 20 Burnside bus also runs across the bridge. But if you're looking for a unique experience, or something more out of the way I would head elsewhere.
