Somewhere back in January or February...
Somewhere back in January or February 2009 one of the girls got in to an accident after work on the 405 and while exchanging information was killed by another car on the highway. This is screwed up no matter what profession she was in but it is done and the family has paid a price.
The net result is that the CHP did an investigation (Brilliant idea - undercover cops going into a strip club to see whats going on-please who thought of this) with in two weeks raided the place for minor violations of ladies rubbing their chests on someones face. So the price all of the customers have paid for this "CHP Investigation" is air dances or the related bull shit. It is an absolute tragedy to have someone killed on the highway. To go in to a strip club and then raid the place is bull shit on the basis that this was not Tijuana it was Inglewood. So the majority of dancers have left with in the first three weeks from the raid and from there have slowly but surely trickled back in. A few of the girls make the most of it but it is merely the net result of the raid that has them on their toes.
One brunette who's name I do not remember told me about how this went about and for the most part is worth every note of any song. Regardless she stated that most of the customers work at LAX and a few are business customers from out of town. The local utility has in more then one case "Mysteriously cut the power at midnight sending everyone home and shutting down the club". I think this happened three or four Thursday or Friday nights in a row. Wouldn't it be a great idea if the owner set up back up generator to continue to run the business when the power "Mysteriously goes out". I would love to see that!
