The later at night the better. Hotter girls come in and are interested in making sure you have fun. Waitresses aren't pushy and girls are nice. VIP can get expensive but well worth it. Music is rockin but can be way too loud depending on the dj. doormen are really nice and crowd can be thick but not too much of a wait on things. You need to scope out and really pursue the hottest girls. Upstairs there can be parties going on and usually the upscale girls hang out there. Drinks are not too expensive (miami standards). Watch out if you plan on using tootsie dollars-they charge 10% fee.
