Been here a few times. It's a short bus ride or a 10 minute walk from Liverpool St. station. Just the 1 stage but the stage dances are usually alright. But you have to wait ~10min between dances. The girls come around with the jar during the prior dance to collect their money. The atmosphere is good and not too threatening.

The private dances, like has been mentioned, are in a back room equipped with poles. The girls will show you everything but there is zero contact. For 20 quid I want a little more than that.
